究極台灣工作營
Worldwide Promo Workshop

這是一個改變一生的工作坊；從探討在地特色與國際關係開始，透過各式各樣的探索，來自不同領域的團隊一起創造實在的國際行銷術，研究介紹台灣的不同表術法，構 成敘述性、視覺性、文字法以及短片等各類型態，工作坊過程中並拓展學員的自我表達能力以及創意整合能力，成果並於寶藏巖國際藝術村實際操作交流。文字、平面視覺手法、口語、影片、藝術裝置等，植入傳達的美學探索，觀察的洞悉力。介紹的多元性方法於是產出。

什麼是台灣？
不論你是土生土長的台灣人，還是漂洋過海的異鄉人，
我們都邀請你一起來思考這個問題。
認識台灣的長寬高，遇見台灣的人事物，
與我們一同，究極台灣。
 
三萬六千平方公里的土地，與兩千三百萬人，
這一塊豐沛的土地承載了無數的故事，

我們透過不同面向的剖析來瞭解台灣的人事物，
找出台灣的6個特殊現象：政治、教育體制、台灣製造、禁忌文化、早餐文化與辦桌文化，
將特別的議題透過簡單而有趣的圖像傳達，藉此引起外國人的興趣進而瞭解台灣。

最後從台灣的飲食現象，焠鍊出“饞”的議題，以嘴饞的“饞”字為主軸，
去探討“饞”所影響我們一天的身體與心理反應，帶你瞭解台灣人一天嘴饞又解饞，無法抽離的反覆行為。

民以食為天，食物佔了我們很大部分。
饞，是台灣人對食物的執著，一種對於「味道」的執著，
不是貪、不是餓，只是突然的一種口腹之慾。

嘴饞、解饞，饞了又饞‧‧‧

Chan (Bon Appetit!)

As the Chinese saying “The masses regard food as their heaven”, the food culture in Taiwan is profound.
“Chan” is the persistency Taiwanese have for both the selection of food and flavors;
It is not about glutton nor hunger, but simply a sudden craving to taste.

To Crave, to taste, and then to crave again and again…!

我們想透過在台灣生活的一天
呈現台灣獨特的「饞」生活，
每天的從早到晚，早餐店、快餐店、路邊攤、夜市攤販，
不僅呈現台灣便利的飲食生活，也代表了台灣人對吃的重視。

A Day of Eating in Taiwan
By showing you a day of eating in Taiwan,
we want to present you the unique Taiwanese “Chan” (Bon Appetit!) style
from the breakfast restaurants, delis, food stands and street peddlers from morning till night.
The video not only reveals how convenient to find places for good food in Taiwan, but also emphasizes how much Taiwanese enjoy the food culture.
